Returns & exchanges

Fertilizers, pesticides, seeds: Unopened, undamaged packs can be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original bill for a full refund or exchange. Opened packs cannot be returned for safety and traceability reasons.

Equipment (sprayers, pumps, tools): Manufacturer warranty applies. We will assist with warranty claims at no charge. Returns within 7 days with the original bill if defective on arrival.

Damaged on arrival: If a delivered product is damaged or wrong, contact us within 24 hours with a photo via our contact form. We will replace or refund.
